In the name of God Amen I Isaac Churchyard of the Parish of Worlingworth in the County of Suffolk yeoman being in perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the manner &amp; form following. First and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through the merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have Pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life, and my body I commit to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors hereafter named, and touching the disposition of all such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow on me, I give and bequeath, as follows. Item I give and bequeath after my debts and funeral charges are paid all my personal estate whatsoever unto my lawful and loving wife Hannah Churchyard for and during the term of her natural life, and from and after her decease to be divided amongst my seven children (viz) Charles, Henry, John, George, Hannah, Ann and Lydia in such shares and proportion as my said wife shall devise in her last will and testament. But for want of such a devise then my will is that my seven children above mentioned shall be equal shares of all my personal estate my said wife die possessed of. And if my said children depart this life before my said wife then my will and meaning is that their heirs shall be entitled to the same share that their father of mother would have had if living And I do nominate and appoint Hannah Churchyard my wife executor, And my son Charles to be executor of this my last will and testament, whereof the said Isaac Churchyard, do to this my last will and testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal the eleventh day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty two.
